Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed). Visit the Returns & Exchanges Center to begin a return or exchange. Returns received more than 30 days after purchase will be refunded as store credit only. Returns after 60 days after purchase are not accepted.

Prior to processing payment at check out, we recommend adding the Free Unlimited Return + Package for $6.00 to ensure return or exchange shipping costs are not incurred or subtracted from your store credit total. Heidi Carey does not offer free returns and exchanges without the Free Unlimited Return + Package.

Final Sale items, shipping and handling costs, and/or gift wrapping costs cannot be refunded. We understand that sizing can be a bit tricky, or perhaps the Final Sale item ordered is just not quite what you expected; in these instances, customer care can evaluate and process an exchange based on the availability of another size or print. If a returned Final Sale item has been worn, washed, or damaged, we can only offer partial store credit. Any applicable shipping costs and restocking fees will be charged to the customer or deducted from store credit.

During the holiday season, the return and exchange deadline is extended through January 6th.

Heidi Carey monitors customer account and transaction activity. We reserve the right to refuse order transactions when suspected fraudulent purchases are made.
