Shipping policy

We offer USPS ground shipping for the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped from Richmond, VA and may take anywhere from 2 - 6 business days to be delivered. Currently, we don’t ship internationally, but hope to in the future. 

If you are using a P.O. Box please make sure to include its number to ensure delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Allow 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse in Rickmond, VA. Upon shipment, you will receive your tracking information via email. Once the order has been shipped, adjustments cannot be made to an order.

For further assistance with specific shipment delivery date(s), contact our Customer Care team. Occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to weather, or other unforeseen factors. Your USPS tracking details will be the best way to stay updated on your order status. You'll receive a delivery notification when your package has been delivered by your USPS carrier.

There are times that tracking is updated to a "Delivered" status, but may actually be delayed 1-2 days. Be sure to check with your local post office, mail carrier, or secondary delivery location (neighbors too). If you haven't located or received your package within 3 business days, Customer Care can look into the matter further.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We plan to do so in the future, but currently, we are not supporting international orders.
